Project Description: Procurement, design, supply and installation of an intelligent transportation system (ITS) and a weigh-in-motion (WIM) system. The ITS and WIM systems created during the project serve as the basis for the future planning and strategic development of the Customer’s ITS and WIM. All components of the system will be integrated into a single monitoring object in the Republican Traffic Control Center being created, located in the Main Building of the Dispatch Center in Tashkent. The Central Management Platform of the System should also be able to integrate with other ITS and WIM components, systems and equipment planned for future expansion to other road networks in Uzbekistan.

Project Description: This information system will be designed as a scalable web platform that will provide a web resource for specialized departments of the Ministry of Water Resources (hereinafter the Ministry). Employees of the Ministry can use the IS for real-time monitoring of the water usage in irrigation of lands. The systems displays the volume, flow, level and other indicators of water in the canals, reservoirs, waterworks, pump station outlets, hydro-structures in a schematic and GIS fashion. The system also provides tools for data aggregation, reporting, infographics and more. The management and operators can perform their functional duties in electronic form on personal computers, SMART TV screens and other similar digital devices by connecting to a common server via a local network.
